iPhone & iTunes application arrangement

Sometimes I'm the last person to catch on, but I'm hoping this isn't the case this time. I just stumbled on a cool little feature in iTunes, you can arrange all your apps in the Applications tab and it will sync the changes to your phone.

IMO this is WAY easier than dragging them around from screen to screen directly on the phone. Click on the pic for a large view.
